Trello is a collaboration tool that organises your projects into boards. In one glance, Trello tells you what’s being worked on, who’s working on what, and where something is in a process. The best thing is that its FREE and one of the easiest project management tools we have used here at Martlette! Check it out at https://trello.com/home
No.2 – DROP BOX
Dropbox is a home for all your photos, docs, videos, and files. Anything you add to Dropbox will automatically show up on all your computers, phones and even the Dropbox website — so you can access your stuff from anywhere and share with others. Martlette uses dropbox with many of its clients to share and send graphic design files and we love it! Visit https://www.dropbox.com/

No.4 – MAIL CHIMP
Thinking of sending out a regular newsletter to your members or clients? MailChimp helps you design email newsletters, share them on social networks, integrate with services you already use, and track your results once you send. It’s like your own personal publishing platform. We especially love the cheeky little monkey that guides you through the process of creating your email newsletter. For most small businesses – its free!! Check it out! http://mailchimp.com/
No. 5 – SPOTIFY
Spotify is a commercial music streaming service, where you can browse music and playlists created by others or searched by artist, album, genre, playlist, or record label. Starting up Spotify is part of every morning routine in the Martlette studio and has us pause every now and then for a loud sing along! You can sign up for free and browse millions of songs and playlists on your computer or mobile device and if the ads get too annoying, you can upgrade for a small monthly fee. Check it out at https://www.spotify.com/au/

No. 7 – PINTEREST!
Pinterest is a visual discovery tool that you can use to find ideas for all your projects and interests. We here at Martlette love Pinterest and often create boards to share solely with a client who are either here in Geelong or interstate, so that we can both gather and share ideas – creating a “Mood Board” between us for graphic design inspiration. Its a great place to gather visual ideas for almost any project. Be warned.. scrolling can seem endless and it can be very addictive!! Check it out at www.pinterest.com
