The Geelong Racing Club operates from the Geelong Racecourse, a major regional horse racing venue in Geelong, Victoria, Australia. It is 75k ms south-west of Melbourne and has been host to race day events since 1908. Home to the annual Geelong Cup every October, the Geelong Racing Club hosts approximately 35 other race meetings through each year.

Martlette has been working in partnership with the Geelong Race Club since 2017 and continues to provide end-to-end graphic design services for their major events, the Geelong Cup. Design application ranges from their key marketing materials, such as their Hospitality Packages Booklet, to member pins, ticketing and way-finding signage.

Each year, the Geelong Cup design is updated to reflect a new and exciting theme.  Not only does Martlette assist in bringing the annual theme design to life, the colour palette, font selection and artwork design then carries through to menus, signs, social media artwork and print materials for the event. Its one of our proud moments of the year to attend the Geelong Cup and see our design inspiration light up the racecourse and its many event venues on the day.
